Uys du Buisson
Uys (pronounced "Ace") is a South African artist who has been performing on stage for over two decades. He is a conservatory-trained actor who has worked extensively in physical theatre, having grown up training with the circus. He has produced and directed many multimedia projects that utilize photography heavily.
Uys has moved into headshot and portrait photography by synthesizing the skills he's collected throughout his career as an actor, physical artist, and visual storyteller. Uys is passionate about empowering artists by collaborating with them to capture their unique character and artistry in photography that's expressive, accurate, and eye-catching.

Uys was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa but moved to NYC to study acting when he was 19 years old. He's lived in the US ever since.
